Join Our Team as a Senior Accountant - ERP (Contractor) Hybrid: Minnetonka, MN or San Diego, CA Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Contract Duration: 1 Year Pay Rate: $50 – $56/hour (DOE) Are you a numbers-savvy, detail-driven accounting professional with ERP experience? We’re looking for a Senior Accountant to join our collaborative and fast-paced finance team on a 1-year contract basis. About the Role As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our general ledger and driving our month-end close processes. You'll work cross-functionally, supporting everything from intercompany transactions and lease accounting to debt management and tax reporting. What You’ll Do • Own monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities including journal entries and reconciliations. • Manage intercompany, lease, debt, and allocation accounting processes. • Review treasury and investment portfolios and prepare related disclosures. • Assist in preparing data for property and sales tax reporting. • Support internal and external audits with thorough and accurate documentation. • Administer account reconciliation tools (Blackline). • Identify and implement process improvements and internal control enhancements. • Collaborate with internal teams, external auditors, and third-party partners. • Jump in on ad hoc projects as needed. What You Bring • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA is a plus!) • 4+ years of relevant experience – a mix of public accounting and biotech is a bonus. • Strong working knowledge of US GAAP. • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains is a plus. • Advanced Excel and solid Microsoft Office skills. • Superb attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities. • Adaptable, collaborative, and capable of working independently. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
