About the Role: Senior Business Intelligence Analyst - Pro & Services Reporting and Analytics Expert We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team as a Pro & Services Reporting and Analytics Expert. This role is remote, and we are looking for a talented individual who can translate business problems into analytic designs and perform quantitative analysis or dashboard building to guide key business decisions. The successful candidate will have a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas, including data analysis, reporting, and visualization. Your Impact In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business by providing data-driven insights and recommendations to key stakeholders. You will be responsible for applying knowledge of Lowe's data concepts to create relevant analytic designs, making sound, data-driven business recommendations, and identifying meaningful insights that directly support decision-making. You will leverage multiple resources, advanced analytic methodologies, and data streams to support recommendations for business decisions and reporting solutions. Key Responsibilities Provides subject matter expertise to business partners for matters concerning data availability, reportability, and accessibility Uses basic analysis to derive general insights and gathers business requirements to translate into reporting solutions, analytic tools, and dashboards Develops, configures, and modifies database components within various computing environments using tools such as SQL and/or Power BI to access, manipulate, and present data Synthesizes findings, prepares reports and presentations, and presents findings to management Communicates data-driven insights to leaders by preparing analyses using multiple data sources, translating findings into clear, understandable themes, and identifying complete, consistent, and actionable insights and recommendations Collaborates cross-functionally with various teams to achieve business objectives Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field 3+ years of related experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization Strong understanding of analytical techniques and disparate data sources, both internal and external Experience with reporting tools and techniques, including data visualization and dashboard development Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field 1-2 years of related experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization 3+ years of experience using analytic tools such as SQL, Alteryx, Knime, or SAS 3+ years of experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Microstrategy, or Tableau 1+ years of experience working with Enterprise-level databases such as Hadoop, Teradata, GCP, Oracle, or DB2 Skills and Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience with data visualization and dashboard development Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits Work Environment and Company Culture Compensation, Perks, and Benefits Conclusion Apply for this job
