Social Media Manager/Content Creator

The Brandon Michaels Group is one of California’s leading commercial real estate sales teams. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager/Content Creator to join our team and take our brand to the next level. We need someone who lives and breathes content trends, understands that the first two seconds of a video are everything, knows how to keep viewers hooked, and has the skillset and desire to build and grow a brand with full creative reign. We’re looking for a high-level strategist who can lead with fresh ideas and create content strategies that go viral. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, producing, editing, and posting of daily high-quality content across various social media and online platforms. The right candidate should have a strong attention to detail and a desire to grow a brand with a goal to reach new heights, gain a massive following, and disrupt the commercial real estate landscape. Responsibilities: • Brand Development: Develop a cohesive social media strategy across all platforms: Instagram, You Tube, LinkedIn, TikTok • Concept Development: Generate fresh, creative ideas and themes for social content that align with our brand, arenaflex audience, and goals. Develop, create, edit, and post high-quality content for various platforms (Instagram, You Tube, LinkedIn, TikTok) that drive engagement and growth. • Content Production: Produce engaging high quality social media content, including still images, graphics, short-form and long-form video, animations, and carousels, optimized for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, arenaflex, and more that drive engagement and growth. • Utilize AI to generate, enhance, and refine content strategies, including creation efforts. • Collaborate with creators and influencers to amplify the content creation process. • Analyze performance metrics and engagement and optimize content strategies to align with the latest algorithm changes and improve content strategies. Track viral trends and leverage them in content creation and planning. • Visual Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives through visual content that connects with audiences on an emotional level and strengthens brand identity. • Video Creation & Editing: Plan, shoot, and edit social media and property videos (e.g., Reels, Stories, TikTok, arenaflex shorts) to meet platform-specific requirements and capture brand aesthetics effectively • Graphic Design: Utilize design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) to create visually appealing graphics that enhance brand messaging and resonate with arenaflex audiences. • Trend Monitoring: Keep a pulse on social media trends, emerging content formats, competitor activity, and emerging technology and creative best practices to continuously inspire and elevate content creation and track viral trends and leverage them in content creation and planning to maximize views, engagement, and followers. • Content Calendar: Collaborate with the team to map out and organize a monthly content calendar that aligns with each client’s unique brand voice and aesthetic. Qualifications: • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in social media content creation and brand development, including graphic design, video production, editing, and visual storytelling. • Highly proficient in both content creating and editing with strong attention to detail and a track record of creating high quality, engaging content that generates significant engagement. • Experience either growing either your personal or a brand's page social media presence. • Commercial real estate marketing and branding experience is a huge plus. • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, arenaflex, etc.) and familiarity with analytics tools. • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced work environment and can manage tasks effectively both remotely and in-office. • Experience with viral content, hooks, and algorithm-based strategy. • Strong experience collaborating with influencers and creators to boost content reach. • A pulse on the latest digital trends and viral content tactics. • Strong analytical skills to track and optimize content performance. • Proficient in content production tools, such as Premier Pro, After Effects and Davinci Resolve, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software. • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and visual strategies. • A creative eye and attention to detail, with a data-informed approach to adapting content. • Passionate about creating content that stands out, inspires, and drives engagement. • Passionate about building and growing a brand with significant growth opportunities.
