About the position Responsibilities • Provide consecutive interpretation services over the phone for clients in various industries. • Assist clients in communicating effectively with service providers, such as healthcare professionals and financial institutions. • Demonstrate excellent customer service practices and communicate information clearly and accurately. • Adhere to work requirements and maintain professionalism during calls. • Participate in training sessions to enhance interpretation skills and knowledge of industry-specific terms. Requirements • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. • Professional proficiency in English and Spanish (speaking, listening, and reading). • Bilingual customer service experience. • Ability to pass a language assessment. • Work from home experience with required tools.
