At Intrado, all of our work truly matters.  Responsibilities: Intrado is looking to hire a 911 Accuracy Coordinator to join our team.   Essential Duties:  - Responsible for performing VOWFi subscriber data maintenance by data entering information in accordance to established departmental procedures - Perform data preparation for call routing ensuring 100% accuracy - Serve as the point of contact for all Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs)/account customers/end users by making follow-up calls, sending emails or responding to help desk tickets as necessary - Prepare and distribute a variety of reports as requested by supervisor - Manage workload independently while also establishing a good working relationship with team members and department contacts in order to maintain and continuously strive to improve the level of overall service being provided Applicant for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications: Education: - High school diploma or GED required Experience: - Minimum two years clerical, data entry or customer service experience required- Experience in a public safety or 9-1-1 industry environment preferred - Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required Total Rewards: Want to love where you work?
