Responsibilities: Space Setup & Design: Help furnish, stage, and design the condo so it feels warm, inviting, and memorable. Share tips on what extras to include (welcome baskets, small luxuries, guest essentials) to deliver an outstanding experience that leads to 5-star reviews. Listing Optimization: Write and optimize the Airbnb listing with compelling photos, descriptions, and highlights that catch people’s eyes and showcase the best of Midway, Utah. Automation & Tools: Set up property management and pricing software (such as Guesty and PriceLabs) or recommend easier/more cost-effective alternatives. Ensure seamless guest messaging, dynamic pricing, and calendar management. Guest Experience Playbook: Provide guidance on creating an exceptional guest journey — from smooth check-in/check-out systems (digital locks, instructions) to thoughtful touches that encourage repeat bookings. Local Support: Research and vet the best cleaning services in the Midway/Heber Valley area to ensure reliable, top-quality turnovers. High Occupancy Strategy: Share proven tactics for maximizing occupancy — pricing strategies, amenities that boost bookings, and features that make the condo stand out as a “must-book” property. Qualifications: Proven experience setting up or managing successful short-term rentals. Knowledge of Airbnb algorithms, pricing tools, and automation platforms.
