What We’re Looking For Proven experience working with Airbnb and/or Property Management Systems (PMS); you understand how listings work behind the scenes. Fluent English, both written and spoken — capable of handling nuanced communication with clients and team members. Demonstrated ability to direct or manage a team, even in a remote or asynchronous environment. Structured, proactive, and analytical mindset — you bring clarity and ownership to complex processes. Excellent interpersonal skills, with a client-first mentality and a bias toward measurable results. Familiarity with tools like Airtable, HubSpot, and other reporting platforms, or the willingness to learn quickly.
