Latham & Watkins is a global law firm consistently ranked among the top firms in the world. The Attorney Support PROS Assistant will assist local attorneys with various administrative tasks and support the global team, while ensuring confidentiality and managing sensitive information.
Responsibilities
- Handling daily time entry, expense reimbursement, calendaring and scheduling, managing/editing documents, and travel arrangements
- Proactively learning internal systems and processes to find innovative solutions to problems and requests
- Preserving the confidentiality of Latham’s and Latham’s clients’ protected information
- Generating, editing, and posting client invoices
- Must obtain and pass the Massachusetts Notary Public examination within six (6) months of hire and maintain an active notary commission thereafter
- Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains
Skills
- Must obtain and pass the Massachusetts Notary Public examination within six (6) months of hire and maintain an active notary commission thereafter
- A high school diploma or an equivalent, preferably a bachelor's degree
- Prior experience in a legal or professional services environment, preferably
- Display professional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with attorneys, clients, vendors, and staff throughout the firm
- Demonstrate the initiative to work both independently and in a team environment with a customer service focus
- Possess the ability to multi-task and adapt to continuously evolving technology platforms
