We are looking for a healthcare-focused outbound specialist to help us identify and engage HR and Talent Acquisition leaders at US hospitals for pilot discussions.
This is not a mass outreach role — we care about quality, not volume.
You will be responsible for:
- Identifying high-quality hospital targets (HR / TA leaders)
- Mapping decision-makers within hospital organizations
- Crafting and executing personalized, thoughtful outreach (LinkedIn + email)
- Supporting early-stage conversations for pilot opportunities
Our goal is simple:
→ initiate a small number of high-quality conversations, not volume.
Ideal candidates:
- Have experience targeting healthcare or hospital stakeholders
- Know how to approach senior decision-makers (VP / Director level)
- Prefer quality over automation
- Can think strategically, not just execute tasks
Bonus:
- Experience in healthcare HR, workforce, or staffing
- Familiarity with US hospital systems or vendors
This will start as a short-term engagement (2–3 weeks), with potential to extend based on results.
