We are seeking an experienced and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Miami, FL, as a Hybrid Remote- Bilingual Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and providers, answering inbound calls, and resolving customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
The Customer Service Representative is a critical role that requires a high level of customer service skills, knowledge of health information management (HIM) and/or Release of Information (ROI) systems, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our Spanish-speaking customers, providing them with accurate and timely information about our programs and services.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and have excellent computer skills.
