Client Manager – Government Contracts (Texas)

This is a remote role (Texas residents only) and operates on a 1099 independent contractor basis, offering high earning potential with commission splits up to 80%. It’s an ideal opportunity for experienced staffing, recruiting, or B2B sales professionals who want the freedom of entrepreneurship, without the headache of building a business from scratch.
What You’ll Do
• Business Development
Identify, pursue, and secure new staffing opportunities with Texas public sector clients, including state agencies, municipalities, educational institutions, and federal organizations.
• Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with government stakeholders, deeply understanding their staffing needs and delivering tailored workforce solutions.
• Leverage Contract Vehicles
Utilize TEEMA’s active Texas DIR and GSA contracts to streamline engagement and accelerate placements within public sector organizations.
• Collaborative Fulfillment
Partner with TEEMA’s national network of specialized recruiters across multiple verticals to efficiently deliver qualified talent.
• Full Sales Cycle Ownership
Own the entire sales process, from prospecting to close, while operating with autonomy, accountability, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
