The role involves managing internal components of client projects, ensuring smooth execution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage internal aspects of Registered Issuer client projects, including workflow coordination, tracking, and follow‑ups
- Analyze departmental operations to identify and recommend process improvements
- Complete daily assigned tasks within established timeframes to meet or exceed client expectations
- Prepare timely and accurate reports for internal stakeholders on mailing status, project progress, and issue resolution
- Maintain internal tracking reports to ensure projects advance efficiently and remain on schedule
- Collaborate with Senior Client Relations Administrators and Key Account Managers to deliver successful client campaigns
- Communicate and escalate client or internal concerns when appropriate to ensure proactive problem‑solving
- Apply sound judgment to resolve routine and moderately complex issues independently
- Demonstrate Broadridge’s culture and values by maintaining an “above‑the‑line” attitude in all interactions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Experience coordinating projects or administrative workflows within an operations or client service environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of securities industry operations or willingness to learn
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines with moderate supervision
- Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset
