They are looking for an Expert Accounting Associate to prepare financial statements, manage journal entries, and communicate with clients, while adapting to a fast-paced environment.

- Client communication alongside other members of the team
Skills
- The ability to handle multiple client relationships is a must! (Expect 30+)
- Expect a fast paced environment where training is available but you have to be proactive
- A strong base of bookkeeping on a multiple basis
- Strong attention to detail as we deal with a lot of reports and exact numbers
- Must be comfortable communicating with clients via email and video calls (infrequently)
- Ability to work independently and ask for help when you need it!
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field or equivalent experience
- Experience with Quickbooks, Xero or other popular financial software is important (or Bench)
- A previous role with a client volume of 25 - 40 monthly is an asset
- French fluency is an asset (We speak to Revenu Quebec occasionally)
- Bench Accounting alumni is an asset
