For Your Smile Christian Counseling is an outpatient mental health practice dedicated to providing compassionate, ethical, and evidence-based care while honoring Christian values. Position Overview We are seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to provide Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)-focused services to adolescents and young adults through our virtual care platform.
This role includes individual therapy and the opportunity to facilitate CBT-based group sessions, focusing on skills such as anxiety management (“talking back to anxiety”) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
Clinicians with an interest in measurement-based care, quality improvement, and contributing to digital mental health innovation are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide CBT-focused psychotherapy via telehealth
· Facilitate virtual group therapy sessions
· Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
· Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards
· Collaborate with families and other healthcare providers when appropriate
Qualifications
· PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
· Active psychologist license in any U.S. state (Georgia and Florida preferred)
· Strong experience in delivering CBT-based therapy
· Experience leading group therapy sessions (preferred)
· Experience working with adolescents or young adults (preferred)
· Comfortable providing care via telehealth platforms
· Reliable high-speed internet and a private, professional workspace
