Key Responsibilities: Providing Quality Care and Companionship
- Communicate your availability to work with our Coordinator on a weekly basis or as required, ensuring seamless scheduling and client care.
- Provide personal care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, promoting their dignity and well-being.
- Offer companionship and emotional support, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
- Assist with meal planning, grocery shopping, and food preparation, ensuring clients receive nutritious meals.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for clients, including light housekeeping and laundry.
- Observe and report any changes in clients' physical, emotional, or mental conditions to our care team.
- Keep accurate records of your activities and client interactions, ensuring continuity of care.
Essential Qualifications: Experience, Skills, and Certifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of caregiving experience, with at least 6 months of experience caring for seniors or disabled adults.
- A valid California Driver's License and personal, reliable transportation to and from client locations.
- Registration on the California State Registry or willingness to sign up.
- Strong sense of professionalism and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to comply with all agency policies and procedures.
- 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications: Enhancing Your Application

- Dementia/Alzheimer's experience.
- CNA certification.
