• THD Process and Policy (20%): Identify and address customer, contractor, and Home Depot partner issues promptly, ensuring a smooth sales process and exceptional customer experience.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• A background in sales, with a proven track record of success
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and PC proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload
