Responsibilities
- Conduct daily screening/tagging to categorize content and evaluate its quality
- Detect and surface looming issues for analyses and discussion with stakeholders
- Conduct root cause analyses that identify areas of improvement for content quality
- Generate weekly reports and recommendations on content quality
- Conduct quality assurance for various project pipelines
- Maintain an understanding of TikTok LIVE's policies and community guidelines and identify opportunities to optimize them
Skills
- BS/BA and 1-2 years of experience working in consumer content development, content analysis, content labeling, content quality, or social listening
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential, as you will be required to review external Spanish language content
- Strong cultural understanding of live industry and community of variety of content
- Ability to analyze ecosystem quality and make recommendations to key stakeholders on changes and future improvements for the LIVE platform
- Ability to pay attention to detail and highlight areas of improvement
- Strong and professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver the results on time with high quality
- Deep passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, social media, and popular culture
- Experience in the live streaming space and understanding of live streaming trends globally
