Key Responsibilities
In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Draft, edit, and finalize customer agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards
- Conduct negotiation calls with customers and third-party vendors, building strong relationships and driving successful outcomes
- Develop and maintain contract templates, reports, and databases, ensuring efficient and effective contracting processes
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and other departments to exceed business goals and objectives
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in legal, contracting, and negotiation, with a strong understanding of contract law and principles
- 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, with knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce and APTTUS, with proficiency in contract management software and tools
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, with a JD preferred
