As our Engineering Delivery Lead, you will partner with tech leads, PMs, and individual engineers to maintain a sharp focus on delivery objectives. You will own and evolve our project management setup, identify bottlenecks in our delivery pipeline, and implement solutions that respect our culture of autonomy. You will also mentor and support our tech leads, helping them develop their delivery management skills, and provide coaching and guidance to engineers at all levels on delivery best practices.
