**Job Summary**
As a Customer Experience Banker, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and helping them achieve their financial goals. You'll be the go-to person for our walk-in customers, providing expert advice on consumer deposit products and identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service and effectively resolve customer issues
* Be proficient in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products
* Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners
* Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership
* Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures
* Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation
**Basic Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or GED
* Minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role
* Bachelor's Degree preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales
* Cash handling skills
* Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services
