About the Role: Customer Service/Repair Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service/Repair Representative to join our team at blithequark. This critical role serves as the interface between our customers, repair technicians, manufacturing, and logistics personnel to ensure seamless coordination of customer property returns for paid repair or warranty processing and shipment. As a Customer Service/Repair Representative, you will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction, improving the effectiveness of our customer service programs, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
