About the Role: Customer Service/Repair Representative
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service/Repair Representative to join our team at blithequark. This critical role serves as the interface between our customers, repair technicians, manufacturing, and logistics personnel to ensure seamless coordination of customer property returns for paid repair or warranty processing and shipment. As a Customer Service/Repair Representative, you will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction, improving the effectiveness of our customer service programs, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage repairs from customer requests through delivery, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Request and enter required information per our written processes to execute repairs accurately.
- Collaborate with repair technicians to manage repair priorities, meeting schedules and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Lead problem resolution activities, addressing capacity and material constraints, customer issues, and urgent repair turnarounds.
- Complete repair orders, including Service Orders, Sales Orders, and Service Notifications, ensuring invoices are correct and sent to customers promptly.
- Support activities that meet KPIs, including delivery, revenue, safety, quality, and integrity, to successfully manage the business.
- Run reports, review detailed datasets, and recommend process changes that lead to improved KPI delivery.
- Participate in and/or lead improvement activities to meet or exceed service goals.
- Support other roles or tasks as requested by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the team's success.
Qualifications and Requirements:
To excel in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree and 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments in customer service and repair management can be considered.
Essential Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in managing repair orders.
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- The ability to commute to Bartlesville, OK, as the role requires in-person work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in customer service.
- 2 years of experience in managing repair priorities for customers.
- 2 years of experience in documentation and report preparation.
- 2 years of experience in problem resolution activities.
