Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
- Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers.
- Prevent issues, solve queries, and delight customers by providing exceptional support and service.
- Work variable hours to match customer demand, including late evening and day shifts, and be available to work on national holidays and Sundays.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge, and stay up-to-date with Amazon's products and services.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- To be at least 18 years old and have the right to work in the Netherlands.
- Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English.
- Experience working with a computer and a willingness to learn new technology and systems.
- The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm.
- A willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend, and compensated overtime as required).
- Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid).
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair) and a minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI).
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
While not essential, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:
- Previous customer service experience, although not necessary, as we'll provide you with comprehensive training.
- A friendly and customer-focused approach, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Hard-working, articulate, and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task in a high-energy environment.
- A willingness to learn quickly and adapt to changing circumstances.
