Job Overview: Customer Engineer - Dynamics CRM
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics CRM Customer Engineer to join our Concentrix Catalyst team. As a Customer Engineer, you'll play a critical role in delivering strategic consulting, design, and advisory services to our enterprise-level customers, helping them design, develop, deploy, and optimize their Dynamics CRM implementations and migrate to Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online (D365 CE).
Key Responsibilities
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor with key stakeholders at assigned customers, developing and executing a service delivery plan that leverages repeatable services to ensure best practice execution and success.
- Work collaboratively with team members to contribute to their success in supporting their customers and leverage their expertise in support of your customers.
- Deliver technical training and assist with enhancing the quality of training material by providing feedback on needed improvements to existing training and new training content to be developed.
- Engage in transactional requests to troubleshoot customer issues, provide education, and mitigate technical blockers.
- Collaborate with customers to assess their Dynamics CRM implementation, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for optimization.
Essential Qualifications
- General Fluency in English, with effective communication skills to identify, engage, and interact with key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in delivering technical training, with experience in creating and presenting training content.
- Consulting and customer-facing role experience, with a strong track record of building trust and delivering results.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
- Deep technical acumen in Dynamics CRM, with expertise in CRM infrastructure installation and configuration, CRM deployment configuration, CRM customization and configuration, and CRM integration.
- Experience with Dynamics CRM Cloud Migration, including knowledge of CRM 2015+ build versions and upgrade experience.
- Strong understanding of business application performance tuning, including SQL, IIS (Internet Information Services), Networking, and client-side troubleshooting.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online and Power Platform, including Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform admin center.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in French and/or Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages.
- Experience authoring technical training for Dynamics 365, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles.
- Power Platform governance and center of excellence experience, with knowledge of best practices for managing and governing Power Platform implementations.
- Advanced Microsoft certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Core Functional Consultant Associate.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Dynamics 365 Project Operations, and other Dynamics 365 modules.
