About the Role: Customer Service Representative - Aetna Answer Team

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our Aetna Answer Team in a remote setting. As a single point of contact on a client-facing team, you'll respond to client service requests and issues, providing first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries.
