Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with members to understand their health needs and provide personalized support
- Review member claim history for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
- Explain member rights and responsibilities, ensuring they are informed and empowered
- Build trusting relationships with members, fostering a positive and supportive experience
- Perform financial data maintenance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Preferred: Previous experience in behavioral health, medical, or insurance industry
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
