We're now seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide dedicated support to Amazon, one of our key clients.

About Liquid Death and the Role

As a Customer Service Representative for Amazon, you'll be the single point of contact for our Amazon customers, as well as the Liquid Death Amazon Key Account team and Supply Chain team. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional service, maintaining strong relationships, and resolving issues efficiently. You'll work closely with our internal teams to proactively manage orders, optimize service, and anticipate product availability.

The typical salary range for this position is $25-27 per hour ($52,000 - $56,160 annualized). The actual salary offer will take into account multiple factors, including skills, experience, education, and location.
