Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer support to members, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Help customers resolve technical issues related to their healthcare services or products.
- Assist in correcting or adjusting healthcare-related concerns, such as benefits, eligibility, appeals, and grievances.
- Assess all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address members' needs, maintaining a strong customer focus.
- Be patient and compassionate while working as a team player, using all available resources to provide the best outcome to the member.
- Navigate multiple systems efficiently to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
