Qualifications and Requirements

Essential Qualifications

6 months of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality, or military environment.
Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection and a secure workspace free from distractions.

Preferred Qualifications

1 year of experience working in a Call Center environment or Healthcare-related field.
6 months of work-from-home experience.
Healthcare certification (e.g., Med Assistant) is a plus.
