About blithequark and the Customer Support Role

You'll be working closely with our overseas admin team to manage listings and support tickets, and collaborating with your teammate to provide seamless 7-day-a-week coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via various channels, responding to customer inquiries in a kind, helpful, and professional manner.
- Manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up with customers.
- Collaborate with the overseas admin team to ensure listings and support tickets are handled efficiently.
- Work independently, taking responsibility for your tasks and managing your workload without constant supervision.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest features and updates.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain proficient in the latest tools and technologies.
Essential Qualifications
- Native U.S. English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and task management ability, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and take responsibility for your work.
- Proficient in using modern business tools, such as ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA (training provided if you're not familiar with these tools).
- Reliable and stable internet connection, with a quiet and dedicated workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer support experience, particularly in a remote or online setting.
- Familiarity with e-commerce or online marketplaces, and a basic understanding of the industry.
- Experience working with international teams or collaborating with colleagues across different time zones.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
