We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, & entrepreneurial Director of Sales to help drive the continued expansion of our K12 Facilities Practice. This leader will own the full sales cycle, from demand generation and strategic opportunity identification through proposal creation, client interview preparation, and contract closing.

As part of our national growth strategy, you will help lead and collaborate with experienced professionals to deliver tailored solutions for K12 clients. Your leadership will help ensure that we deliver impactful work that improves student outcomes by aligning learning environments to district goals and community needs.

This role requires a mix of sales acumen, strategic vision, and attention to detail, especially in proposal creation and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate brings gravitas, a deep background in K12 education, and the ability to thrive within a matrixed organization.
