About the position Responsibilities • Communicate effectively with state agencies regarding title & registration related matters • Develop & utilize 50 state DMV knowledge related to title and registration processing, adhering to multi-state compliance • Leverage title & registration expertise to solve complex transaction matters • Maintain and influence Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and effectiveness • Contribute to smooth customer experiences, delivering a standard of white-glove-service Requirements • Experience with DMV operations within the automotive industry • Knowledge of purchase and sale documentation and associated processes required • Automotive industries experience and knowledge of automobile terminology required • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn an array of computer software and Microsoft office applications • Effective communication skills via any means with individuals of any level internally and externally, employing a consultative approach • Bachelor's degree or equivalent a plus Apply tot his job
