Blazer Jobs is proud to partner with a school district in Exeter, NH to fill a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) position for the upcoming 2025–2026 school year. Position Details: • Location: Exeter, NH (Onsite) • Schedule: 16 hours/week | Tuesday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM • Caseload: Preschool students with a variety of medical needs • Contract Duration: August 2025 – June 2026 • Renewal potential based on performance and district needs Caseload Overview: You will support preschool students with a range of medical needs, including: • G-tube feedings • Mobility assistance • Post-operative care (recent cardiac surgery) • Vision impairments • Speech delays • Diapering and toileting Daily Responsibilities: • Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to preschool students • Monitor and manage students with chronic and acute health needs • Support individualized healthcare plans (IHPs) • Communicate with school staff and families to ensure coordinated care • Maintain accurate health records and documentation Requirements: • Active New Hampshire RN license • Previous school-based nursing experience required • Comfortable working with medically fragile preschool students • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills State Requirements: • Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license in the state of New Hampshire • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. • Fingerprint clearance and school onboarding may be required Candidates who do not meet requirements will not be considered.
