Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, including customer information, orders, and inventory levels.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Call Handling: Handle customer calls in a professional and courteous manner, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management tasks, including tracking inventory levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Warehouse Operations: Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and efficient picking and packing of orders.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or computer science.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other productivity software.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
