- Maintain punctuality and professionalism: arrive at the studio, set up equipment, and be ready to lead the class at the scheduled start time.
Student Engagement & Community Building
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere where newcomers feel comfortable and seasoned dancers feel challenged.
- Provide constructive, supportive feedback that encourages continuous improvement and confidence.
- Encourage participants to share their progress on social media, amplifying DivaDance’s community reach.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, text, or email, demonstrating exceptional customer service.
Administrative & Operational Duties
- Complete the mandatory online Instructor Development Program before your first teaching session (no cost to you).
- Submit a short video of an original choreographic piece as part of the application process; this video will also serve as a portfolio showcase for future opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of class attendance, payments, and any incident reports.
- Coordinate reliable transportation to Schertz studio locations; we partner with existing facilities, so you will not need to manage a private studio.
