Key Responsibilities:

• Implement approved curricula and activities to promote child development and learning
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to maintain a safe, healthy, and engaging environment
• Guide children's acquisition of social skills and support their emotional and educational growth
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with families, promoting parent involvement and support
• Assist with daily health and environment checklists, and maintain accurate records and reports

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent, and a National Child Development Associate Credential (CDA) or Florida Child Care Professional Certificate (FCCPC)
• Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and staff
