We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Data Entry Support worker. As a remote full-time employee, you will be responsible for performing clerical and data entry work, managing multiple databases, and maintaining accurate records. Primary Responsibilities

• Manage multiple databases to ensure accurate record-keeping and data organization, including entering required grant data into NRS to meet monthly, quarterly, and year-end deadlines.
• Maintain appropriate records and follow required procedures and practices for attendance and assessment data, ensuring compliance with FERPA regulations.
• Complete regular error checks and data clean-up in NRS to ensure accurate reporting and maintain data integrity.
• Ensure data is accessible in a timely manner to staff and other stakeholders, and organize and prioritize tasks to meet all local, state, and program deadlines.
• Monitor and evaluate student outcomes, including pre/post testing with state-mandated assessments, and participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as scanning documents, labeling items, inventorying supplies, and preparing mailings.
• Organize digital files and materials, and assist with filing and other assignments as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• High School diploma or GED required, with knowledge of standard office practices and procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office Software, including Excel, and the ability to perform office work quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cooperatively with others and under pressure with frequent interruptions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively.

Physical Requirements

The physical requirements for this position include:

• Regularly talking, expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word.
• Frequently sitting and/or remaining in a stationary position for long periods of time.
• Exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
