About the position TECKpert’s client, a manufacturing and construction business in Miami, FL, is seeking a senior-level ERP Transformation Executive to lead a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation. This is not a PMO coordination role. This is a hands-on transformation leadership mandate requiring full end-to-end accountability for ERP delivery, including go-live and stabilization. This engagement is fractional, 20 hours per week, fully remote with periodic onsite sessions in Miami as required. The engagement window is approximately 6 to 9 months for core transformation, followed by a defined stabilization phase. This role reports directly to the CEO. Responsibilities • Own full lifecycle delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation from design through stabilization • Define and finalize the target operating model aligned to Business Central and custom ERP configuration • Orchestrate multiple PMO workstreams into a unified executable transformation plan • Control scope, sequencing, governance, and decision velocity • Enforce process standardization and define only essential exceptions • Lead end-to-end testing strategy, cutover planning, and go-live readiness • Establish stabilization criteria and ensure operational readiness across finance, job cost, service, and system integrations • Escalate only major architectural or irreversible decisions to executive leadership • Hold vendors and internal stakeholders accountable for delivery outcomes Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 10+ years leading ERP transformations with direct executive accountability • Demonstrated ownership of at least one full Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation from design through go-live and stabilization • Experience operating in multi-vendor environments • Strong background in ERP governance, scope control, and enterprise change management • Strong executive communication and decision-making skills • Ability to challenge vendors and internal stakeholders constructively Nice-to-haves • Experience in construction, manufacturing, or multi-division operational environments preferred Apply Now Apply Now
