We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Evening Customer Care Associate. As a Customer Care Associate, you'll play a critical role in providing guidance, direction, and support to our valued members as they navigate the healthcare system. Work Environment:

Schedule:

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The two available evening shifts are:
