Purpose and Responsibilities
As an Executive Assistant with Teleperformance's Cloud Campus, you will play a vital role in supporting our executive team, specifically the Global President of Client Solutions over a financial vertical. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
- Performing minor accounting duties
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and arranging catering when necessary
- Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Managing the executive's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing sensitive matters
- Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Managing executives' calendars and setting up meetings
- Making travel and accommodation arrangements
- Racking daily expenses and preparing weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports
- Overseeing the performance of other clerical staff
- Formatting information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Taking minutes during meetings
- Screening and directing phone calls and distributing correspondence
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Conversational English: Proficiency in English is required
- Education: Bachelor's degree, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Experience: 3 years of experience in administrative support functions
- Project Management: Experience in project management is preferred
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with attention to detail
- Problem-Solving and Decision Making: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
