Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, Cook, Assemble, and Present Food: Meet Chick-fil-A standards by preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely, quickly, and efficiently.
- Kitchen Operations: Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
- Inventory Management: Stock kitchen inventory as needed to ensure that we have the ingredients and supplies necessary to deliver high-quality food.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Keep the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly at all times, adhering to Chick-fil-A's high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A and complete in-house training to stay current on menu items, preparation methods, and customer service standards.
- Safety and Maintenance: Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership to ensure a safe working environment.
- Opening and Closing Tasks: Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned to ensure that the restaurant is ready for guests and that operations run smoothly.
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A Rules and Dress Code: Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times, maintaining a professional and respectful image.
- Other Duties as Assigned: Be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and ensure the success of the restaurant.
