Key Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans tailored to the needs of our clients.
- Collect and accurately record data in our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system to inform treatment decisions.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed as a Behavior Technician with Achieving True Self, you should possess:

- The ability to apply Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles in a fun and engaging manner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
- Proficiency in using technology for documentation and administrative tasks.
- Reliability and flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings and after-school hours.
In terms of qualifications, you should have:
- Professional experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, ideally in educational or caregiving settings.

- A high school diploma or equivalent, with proof of transcripts.
- A valid driver's license, proof of car insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
