About the Role: Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor (Merrill FSA)

We're seeking highly motivated and ambitious professionals to join our industry-leading wealth management team as Merrill Financial Solutions Advisors (Merrill FSA). Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
• Provide expert investment advice and guidance, leveraging a range of personal investing tools and resources.
• Identify client needs, review investment goals, and prepare tailored investment recommendations.
• Operate within an Elite Growth Practice (EGP), developing the relationship management skills necessary to drive success.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development, refining your skills and expertise as a financial advisor.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Essential Qualifications:

• A strong passion for delivering exceptional client service and building lasting relationships.
• A proven track record of success in a related field, such as financial services or sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and colleagues at all levels.
• A strong work ethic and commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
• Ability to meet the requirements of the SAFE Act registration process, including background check and registration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A degree in a relevant field, such as finance, business, or economics.
• Industry-recognized certifications, such as Series 7 and 66 licenses.
• Prior experience in wealth management or a related field.
• A proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
