Key Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Typing/keyboarding skills of at least 30 words per minute
- Proficiency in various PC software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Explorer, and Outlook
