About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering our product to customers daily, serving as a critical link between our users and our back-end platform. Our operations team is dedicated to providing a best-in-class experience to the hundreds of thousands of unique users our product and web application serve each month. We are seeking a motivated and independent thinker with strong experience in high-volume call centers, who embodies tenacious curiosity and the ambition to deliver diamond-level service without exception.

Key Responsibilities

Work Schedule and Environment

The work schedule for this role is flexible, up to 25 hours per week, with shifts assigned Monday through Friday between 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. Our Customer Support Specialists work 100% remotely from home, requiring a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
