We are looking for a full-time Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative to support inbound calls from US-based members and providers who have questions about their health, wellness, pre-authorizations, copayments, and prescription plan/coverage. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving concerns, and guiding callers through troubleshooting and navigation of self-service options.
