Requirements

- Fluency in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Open availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or GED
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace in your home with a reliable computer and internet connection
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes
