Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and providing access to our customers upon arrival at reception, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
- Being accountable and taking ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, resolving issues and concerns in a proactive and professional manner
- Creating innovative ways to resolve customers' issues or concerns, making loyal enthusiasts out of our customers and driving brand loyalty
- Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations, providing exceptional communication and delighting customers with every interaction
- Providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations, travel consultation, and minimal reservation assistance to meet the unique needs of our customers
- Accommodating the needs of our customers by partnering with our food and beverage lounge partners, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
Qualifications
A successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers, with a proven track record of success in a customer-facing environment
- Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience is preferred, with travel reservation experience being a plus
- Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to delight customers with every interaction
- The ability to listen to customers' needs, offer confident recommendations, and provide high satisfaction with the service received
- Must exhibit the utmost professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions, with the ability to rely and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively, putting the customer's experience at the forefront of everything you do, and adapt to an ever-changing environment with resilience
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with light to moderate lifting required for certain job tasks

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $20.00 to $22.12 hourly, plus bonus and benefits. Our benefits package includes:
