The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing direct care to individuals with MH/IDD and be committed to delivering exceptional support and care. Key Responsibilities

• Provide assisted daily living skills to adults with intellectual developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses in a residential/group home setting.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Direct care experience working with individuals with MH/IDD.
• A current Physical/TB screening (within the last year).
• CPR/First Aid Certification.
• A PA State Criminal Background check.
• A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
