Key Responsibilities
- Review code challenge submissions for candidates applying to top tech companies
- Provide detailed and constructive feedback on code quality, syntax, and best practices
- Evaluate code submissions based on predefined criteria and guidelines
- Identify and flag potential issues, bugs, or areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth and efficient review process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of code reviews and feedback
Essential Qualifications
- Strong programming skills in one or more of the following languages: Java, JavaScript, C#, SQL, Python, PHP, Solidity, or Mobile (native and Flutter)
- Excellent understanding of software development principles, patterns, and best practices
- Proven experience in code review and feedback
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with code review tools and platforms
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

- Experience in a remote or distributed work environment
