Job Overview

The Customer Adoption Manager (CAM) at blithequark combines the relationship-driven focus of a Customer Success Manager with the rigorous execution discipline of a Technical Project Manager. As a CAM, you will own the entire customer journey, from kickoff to full business-wide adoption, driving value realization and digital transformation for our builder partners. This includes building and running detailed project plans, driving strategic work-sessions, and activating internal specialists across Architecture, Purchasing, Sales, and Operations to ensure every department within our homebuilder customer wins with blithequark. You will report to the Head of Customer Success and can expect to travel up to 25% for onsite kickoffs, training, and executive reviews.
